Are you trying to level up your skiing this season? Not everyone looks forward to or can afford ski lessons. When I was a kid, I absolutely hated structure. I thought ski lessons were the worst. Why the hell would I do drills when I could be jumping over things, skiing through trees and side trails and straight lining down the mountain. Funny enough, I grew into loving the learning process of skiing. I actually became a ski instructor myself, and went on to teach hundreds of kids and adults to ski. However, my approach as expected, was a little unorthodox compared to traditional methods. I made sure the the transition from intermediate to expert didn’t SUCK. Even in the worst snowfall years Whistler Blackcomb still produces the pow. I thought the recent storm system would kick off the 2025 ski season, but instead, we'll have to keep letting the enthusiasm brew. I figured it would be fun to rank the best powder days I skied at Whistler Blackcomb in 2024. This does not include any days at other Canadian resorts or days in the backcountry.
