I loved skiing Frosty Mountain so much in the winter I had to head back to Manning Park BC, to try it in the summer. As expected, it absolutely rocked and is now my favourite day hike in the Canadian Cascades. I also had an absolute gas reliving the lines I skied in the winter. Skiing in July!
3 days in Mt Rainier National Park and I can confirm it is the absolute DREAM! We managed to cram all of the best hikes, sights & swims, into 72 hours. Although the written reviews were discouraging, almost everyone still gave this hike five stars. So we had to try it. Come along and see if this alpine hike lived up to it's 5 star reputation (even if you get held up at gunpoint).
